In the last 12 months, we’ve seen:
– The BBC call out Apple after its AI claimed “Luigi Mangione shot himself” (he didn’t) — Also the nail in Apple AI News’ coffin
– Grok accused an NBA player of going on a vandalism spree (he did not “throw bricks,” literally)
– Alexa would only talk about Kamala instead of Trump (awkward)
– Trump created news with an AI Taylor Swift endorsement (she did the opposite)
AI news is getting spicy (or just…erroneous).
